I’m Kristy Burns — a Reiki Master, intuitive guide and Thermomix® Consultant — and I’m here to help you gently come home to yourself, your energy and the everyday moments that hold real meaning for you.
Through Creatress, I hold space for you to pause, reset and remember who you are beneath the busyness of life. I believe you already carry so much of the wisdom you’re searching for — sometimes you just need a quiet, loving space to soften the noise, release what’s no longer serving you, and reconnect with your own inner knowing.
As a Reiki Master of 13+ years, I work intuitively with your energy, weaving together Reiki, chakra balancing and intuitive guidance to support you in releasing stagnant energy, coming back into your body and opening to clarity, growth and soulful transformation.
My role is not to tell you who to be or which path to take.
My role is to help you hear yourself again — clearly, lovingly and without judgment.
I see healing as a sacred invitation to reclaim your power, trust your intuition and remember the version of you that lives beneath the expectations, conditioning and noise of everyday life — the truest, most quietly powerful you.
Alongside my energy work, I’m also a Thermomix® Consultant, working with individuals and families to bring more ease, creativity and intention into the kitchen. My love of whole foods, nourishing meals and conscious everyday choices reflects what I know to be true: how you care for yourself in the small, daily moments is an expression of how you honour your whole being.
For me, wellbeing isn’t about getting it “perfect.” It’s about living in a way that feels more aligned — from the energy you carry, to the choices you make, to the way you nourish yourself and the people you love.
If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, on the edge of change or simply longing for a gentle reset, I offer a grounded, intuitive and heart-led space for you to reconnect, realign and move forward in a way that feels true for you.
